He currently serves as Chairman of the Digital Committee on the Board of publicly-traded Brazilian retailer Lojas Americanas, the
world’s #1 multi-channel retailer (ranked by Goldman Sachs) and Latin America's largest, most profitable and fastest growing
retail chain with 850+ eponymous stores and ~US$10 billion market capitalization. In this role, he has responsibility for all Lojas'
digital interests including B2W, Latin America's largest digital company and the world's second largest, fastest growing, multi-
billion dollar, publicly-traded internet retailer. B2W comprises 25%+ market share of all Latin American e-commerce revenue and
is the #1 digital retailer across 37 merchandise categories from toys to tickets, electronics to appliances, sporting goods to
automotive, and home goods to health and beauty.

Previously, he served as Chairman of Jessica’s Brands, the leading off-price partner to top fashion brands, serving a global
client base from offices in Los Angeles, New York and Milan. He also partnered with Gryphon Investors to acquire/ grow Shepler’
s, the largest western wear retailer. He also partnered with The Riverside Company, as Chairman of Whitney Auto Group,
transforming it into the world’s largest digital retailer of aftermarket auto parts; and to grow Teufel, Europe’s #1 direct seller of
loudspeakers.

In his 20’s, the
Wall Street Journal proclaimed Love Goel a “Digital Whiz Kid” for transforming Macy's, the world’s largest and
most profitable department store retailer, into the world’s top multi-channel retailer as COO of its $3 billion, 20 company digital
business which included market leaders in several merchandise categories from fashion to electronics to gourmet foods to
jewelry to home goods to outdoors. Prior to that, he also transformed Fingerhut, the largest and most profitable U.S. catalog
retailer into the world’s largest digital retail network through organic growth, acquisitions and investments, enabling its $2 billion
cash sale to Macy's, the largest e-commerce acquisition in history.

Still in his 20's, as a Founder/CEO, he built three billion dollar digital companies from scratch—in analytics software, 3P services
and e-commerce; was a top Silicon Valley CEO; successfully pioneered several e-commerce related innovations (daily deals,
flash sales, installment/credit driven sales, e-liquidation, e-gift registry, bespoke/curated solutions, social commerce); and
helped to launch/grow the digital business of dozens of market leaders like Apple and Wal-Mart. He helped found and build FBS
into the world's largest e-fulfillment and customer service platform at the time with 4 million square foot of warehouse capacity
and 10,000 call center agents that enabled companies like Wal-Mart, Intuit, 1-800 Flowers and Levi's to go online for the first
time. He also served as CEO of Personify, the top e-analytics software company of its era which served Yahoo, J.Crew, Volvo,
KLM, and 200+ global clients with a behavioral profile database of 100 million+ shoppers.

Love is a globally sought after thought leader, keynote speaker, and media personality; and frequently appears in the
Wall Street
Journal, Nikkei, CNN, CNBC and Economic Times of India
. He serves as Chairman of the Advisory Board at The Fashion School
at Kent, the world’s largest elite fashion school; has lived/worked on four continents, and is a Henry Crown Fellow of The Aspen
Institute. He graduated with a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota, where he was a
Regents' Scholar (full
scholarship), Chair of the Student Senate,
USA Today Academic All American, and worked for Apple Computer all four years of
college
building the world’s largest Apple store at the time.
